This is a joint meeting with the MASS BAY RAILROAD ENTHUSIASTS and our  B&MRRHS.    PROGRAM:   TRACKSIDE WITH JUSTIN WINIARZ FROM 2014 THROUGH 2016.             Come along as Justin takes us through the New England States, New York state, Pennsylvania and the Carolinas. Featured railroads include Pan Am Railways, Conway Scenic, Vermont Railway, Central Maine and Quebec, Grafton & Upton and New Hampshire NorthCoast. Add the Norfolk & Southern steam program starring #611 and #765, along with shortlines and regionals in the Carolinas, (operating U-18Bs), and this promises to be a very interesting show.  We will meet at Rogers Hall, 196 Rogers St. in Lowell, Ma. Parking across the street.    Board of directors will convene prior to the meeting,  at 1:00 PM.
