Mass Bay RRE Day on the Hoosac Valley RR:

 The Mass Bay Railroad Enthusiasts, in conjunction with the Berkshire Scenic Railway Museum, offers a special ride on the BSRM Budd RDC No. 6126, from Adams to North Adams on September 15, 2018. The Budd car, leaving Adams station at 11:00AM, has an 80 passenger capacity. Built in 1955 for the B&M RR, the car later worked for MBTA and various tourist roads. Passengers will be treated to a photo session with Mt. Tom diesel switcher No. 1113, a former B&M workhorse. A further activity will be the unveiling of the name plate, for B&M 4-8-2 #4110, the Calvin Coolidge. The Budd car will make other trips between the two towns during the day, which are available for the public.
