Returning to the historic former B&M RR depot in Plymouth, New Hampshire, now the well appointed Plymouth Community Center. our Boston & Maine Railroad Historical Society will hold its May meeting, commencing at 1:00 PM. Noted New England railways photographer and historian, Robert Willoughby Jones, will show and discuss color slides featuring the B&M RR from the 1930s onward. Mr. Jones provides a visual history in a venue that itself was once served by B&M passenger and freight trains operating between Montreal and Boston. The Society sales table will offer B&M marked hats, shirts and outerwear as well as various railroad themed books, DVDs and models. The community center/depot is accessible directly from the Plymouth exit at nearby Interstate 93 The society gratefully acknowledges the generous hospitality of the Plymouth CC to support society meetings in May and also for October.
