The Boston & Maine Railroad Historical Society begins the new year with the story of B&M RDC No. 6211: a presentation by Dan O’Brian. This handsome RDC currently sits along side the ex. B&M freight house, (now a railroad themed gift shop) at the start of the Minuteman Trail in Bedford, Ma. Dan’s PowerPoint program will explain the work involved to restore this icon of B&M commuter operations during the post WWII era. A brief discussion of the charming Bedford Depot location is planned.
